It's been a while since I have added a post and now that school is getting ready to start, it be another while! I can't believe the summer has flown by! But I am excited about the new school year and I am hopeful that it will go smoothly. I am so more prepared this year, than last year.
I read a quote from Albert Einstein and it said: "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results." Does that not fit school teachers, or what. I just wrote it in my first paragraph! I am expecting a better year than last year!
Well, to all of my School Teacher friends, here is to you, the crazy and the insane! Have a great school year and we will keep in touch.

What a nice shout out (did I just say 'shout out'?) You know what I mean...it's nice to think about the other teachers getting back into the swing of things, too. It's nice to know you aren't alone!
We started school on August 11th and the students came on the 13th, so I feel like I'm in a routine for sure by now, although I am really enjoying my 3 day weekend! I hope you are, too!
And BTW, we'll be in Austin the weekend of the 20th for the TX/Rice game and we'd love to see you! I'll email you this week.
